You can request deletion of your MachineBechdo account and its associated data at any time.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to support@machinebechdo.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. Include your account email or the name you used to sign up.
What gets deleted
Within 30 days of a verified request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account (name, email address, phone number, password)
- All machine listings you posted, including their descriptions, prices, and photos
- Your device’s push notification token, if you used the Android app
What we may keep
We may retain minimal records where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms — for example, records needed to investigate reported fraud. Any such records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
Deleting a single listing instead
If you just want to remove one listing without deleting your whole account, you can do that yourself any time from the My Ads page while logged in — no need to email us for that.
